OopsPlayer Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use (also referred to as Terms of Service) apply to your use of OopsPlayer provided by OOPSKATE LTD.

2. Apple Standard EULA

OopsPlayer is licensed to you, not sold. Your license and use of OopsPlayer are governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): Apple Standard EULA

If there is any conflict between this page and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Some OopsPlayer features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Restore purchases is available in the app to recover existing entitlements.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription for that product where applicable.
• Pricing and subscription availability may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
